Chakras are believed to be energy centers within the subtle body, and the word "chakra" itself is Sanskrit for "wheel" or "disk." Here is a brief overview of the seven main chakras, along with their associated colors and general attributes:

1. Root Chakra (Muladhara):

   • Color: Red

   • Location: Base of the spine

   • Attributes: Grounding, stability, security

2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhishthana):

   • Color: Orange

   • Location: Lower abdomen, below the navel

   • Attributes: Creativity, sexuality, emotional balance

3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura):

   • Color: Yellow

   • Location: Upper abdomen, around the stomach

   • Attributes: Personal power, confidence, digestion

4. Heart Chakra (Anahata):
